About Company
Saicad products are manufactured and assembled in its facility in North California, USA.
Except for Forgings (made in India) all components and assemblies are made in our facility in North America.
We design our products using AutoDesk 2D.All our products are subject to 3D modeling, simulation and Stress/Structural analysis using Auto Desk Inventor. The output is fed through AutoDesk Fusion 360 to generate the accurate Bill of Material(BOM), manufacturing process and Quality(Inspection ) standards. Our CAD output is fed directly to our Numerical controlled machines to give you the highest quality products.
Raw material is e-procured only from reputed suppliers, ensuring full traceability. Material Certificates are available as your product is ready to be shipped. We follow an ISO-9001 equivalent quality system, which ensures adherence to the stringest quality standards.
Shipping is handled by our global Logistics partner- UPS, so that 24 X7 tracking and delivery notification is available to you.
