Saicad Wire Mesh Cages or Enclosures are always custom built to your specifications.

We do not believe in one size fits all.

Our process is as follows:

• We ask our clients to send us photographs and sketches of the floor layout, usage and load conditions.
• We provide detailed options such as :
• Sliding or Hinged doors.
• With Roof or without roof.
• Size of the Wire Mesh, Number of Panels etc.
• Material ootions such as different grades of steel wire mesh or even stainless steel meshes.
• Paint and/or Electro-plating options.

Based upon the responses , we provide detailed :

1. 2D CAD design.
2. 3D CAD Simulation .
3. A Stress and Frame Analysis.

After a final walk-through and design approval, the product is manufactured to specification.

After thorough quality checks and inspections , wen stage a final ssembly, to study the stress and stability analysis.

The Wire mesh cages/enclosures are shipped to the client site in a 'completely knock down (CKD) condition.  Detailed assembly instructions and video training are provided.

We also offer installation services at an additional cost.
